Delayne has been a part of Weber Health since April 2020. She has been instrumental in developing our call center nurse triage protocols with our Wisconsin Health Connect platform for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and our clinic’s growth in administering COVID-19 and flu vaccines throughout the pandemic as an approved vaccine provider. A graduate of Winona State University with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing degrees, Delayne brings over 35 years of experience in both clinical and educational settings.
She was a faculty member at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI in the Medical-Surgical program and then moved to Assistant Dean of the program during her 25-year tenure. Her experience in Long Term Care facilities and as a long-time staff nurse within the Gundersen Health System gives her the clinical and administrative experience to tackle any one of Weber Health’s services with extreme professionalism, precision, and dedication.
Outside of her nursing responsibilities, Delayne volunteers at numerous non-profits and is a foster parent in the Houston County, MN area. A twice celebrated grandmother, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach (in Wisconsin?), and being with family, friends, and her dogs.
